Q: Where are your bamboo products made from? Do you store all of them in Australia?
A: We sell globally with our head office located in Brisbane, QLD Australia. We manufacture and source our products across Australia and other countries which have plenty of bamboo. We have warehouses in Australia, US, China and Europe to supply local needs and make sure a safe and quick delivery.
Q: What is your handling time and delivery time frame?
A: Our normal handling time is 1 to 3 business days when we receive orders. Most orders will be delivered 1 to 10 business days from order date in Australia, 6 to 27 business days for worldwide orders. Certain orders may take longer for delivery due to the current freight condition and the destination postcode. Orders are tracked. We will also keep updated if there is any delay occurs. We have multiple warehouses to make sure your orders can be delivered in a FAST, SAFE and GREEN way.
Q: Do you offer free postage?
A: We offer free postage Australia national wide for orders equal and above $70, a flat $7.95 postage fee for orders below $70AUD. We offer free postage for orders equal and above $300AUD for worldwide orders and flat postage fee of $39.95AUD for orders below $300AUD.
Q: Do you have retail stores or online only?
A: We currently have retail stores in Brisbane. We will open retail stores in Sydney and Melbourne between 2023-2024, please keep eyes on our website update.
Q: What is your return policy? Do you offer warranty to your products?
A: We accept 30 days return if the product is faulty. Though we don't offer warranty as a natural product, the bamboo made products are very solid and more durable, which can last many many years.
